Great People Fun Culture, but serious when needed. A lot of advertising to get people in. Opportunities to make good money if you're good at closing. It's a challenge and a 100mph store.

Of course it can be slow at times. No much family/free time. Sales call list requirements.

The management does a good job of making sure that sales have profit, and therefore that the salesman gets paid something. The pay-plan is good. The managers are honest, and don't play games with the numbers to steal profit from the deals.

Traffic is meager for the number of salesmen, and the turnover is crazy. The "super sales" are held way too often, and draw-forward several weeks of sales, so that after the sales, the permanent sales staff struggles just to feed their families. The store gets extra sales, and makes money, but the local salesmen take a net hit to their pay because of them.
