With the Luxottica integration there have been a lot of changes all around. There's a major lack in communication in the company across the board and it seems like everyone is scared for their jobs. Oakley used to be a lifestyle, a family that you joined and grew with. There's less and less of that now. Most people that have been with the company from the very beginning are gone now.
