The company doesn't take responsibility if the project gets amped down whereas other consultancies will take the responsibility and provide jobs or opportunities in other associated companies. MY experience in Object win is little negative as I have joined only 3 months back as an AML and KYC Analyst (PWC), within 3 months of joined the project which I am into got ramped down. we got removed removed from the company without any prior notice and the terms and conditions also says the same , I don't know why ?. I felt at least they should have informed us 15 days earlier so that we will get a chance to get the other interviews in the time, but they ramped us down immediately without notice or prior intimation

One of the best place to work. I'm working in this company from more than 18 months. This company has given me the best platform to my carrier. One of the best Management you would find. Always supportive. The People, Culture and benefits are great. Good leadership. Company makes decisions based on good principles. The people are friendly and helpful. The culture is one of a kind and you can be creative in how you do your job and also fosters hard work and fun. Anyone can become a well groomed employee here. Well I am proud to work here.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say at this time. I'm sure there may be some negatives but I have yet to find them.
