If you show ownership in your work, you'll get a ton of autonomy. I'd say that if you like learning on the fly, this is an amazing place to be. If you want predictability and structure, it’s probably not the right fit.

It’s definitely not for those looking for a 9-to-5 environment, but if you thrive in a dynamic setting, you’ll love it.
