This organization consistently demonstrates unethical behavior and disregard for its employees. There is a high turnover rate due to poor treatment, lack of support, and an unsustainable work/life balance. Communication is severely lacking, especially during major, public-facing changes — employees are often left in the dark. New hires receive little to no onboarding or training and are expected to succeed without guidance in a “sink or swim” environment. Flexibility is practically non-existent, and while the company markets FMLA as a benefit, they later deny its availability based on employee count, misleading staff about their rights and options. One of the most concerning actions was the sudden revocation of the annual bonus program — communicated with less than 24 hours' notice — effectively scamming employees out of compensation they had been led to expect all year. This is not a supportive or ethical workplace, and potential employees should proceed with caution.

A LOT OF CONS! My experience working here was extremely disappointing and, at times, exhausting. The company culture lacked transparency and accountability from leadership. Promised bonuses were reduced or revoked with little to no notice, and policies like FMLA were presented one way but enforced through technical loopholes that ultimately left employees unsupported. Instead of fostering collaboration, management often created division between teams, which led to unnecessary tension and a lack of trust across the organization. Communication from leadership felt inconsistent and, in some cases, misleading. Expectations shifted without warning, and employees were left feeling undervalued and uncertain about their future. The environment frequently felt toxic, with constant pressure, mind games, and little regard for employee well-being. Overall, this was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. I would strongly encourage others to protect their time and energy, as the culture here can leave you feeling drained and disillusioned.
