      The money is decent and the hours are fairly flexible.

      8-10hr rigorous shifts. Loads of prep work with very minimal support staff. Management puts restaurant/guests before anything else. Do not care about their employees at all. Any sort of requests or recommendations given to management for smoother operations is shut down or ignored.

      Steady pay. Nothing greater than a regular restaurant but it’s steady.

      Micromanaging, the guest is never wrong, running up and down two flights of stairs to get mayonnaise or any other thing the guests need, bunch of frat boys in management that only have their jobs because they kissed the enough corperate booty.
