      Excellent benefits, paid time off, and personal time off but that's about it. The place really sucks.

      Management shows favoritism, company doesn't pay well or give appropriate raises, management doesn't have your back. Donors will abuse you.

      Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
