Vantaggi

Management is very nice and helpful. They encourage cross training and being promoted. Get the experience and move on from this place.
Svantaggi
It's a dangerous, hard job. The heated sealers are always broken, which means you're more likely to be exposed to blood. Don't work here unless you're ready to work hard foe 9-10 hours in a stressful, dangeorus environment. Training is awful. You will have everyone telling you how to do the same thing a different way. You have to be your own advocate. The people you work with are unprofessional, unskilled, uneducated, and downright rude. There is a lot of drama on the floor. The employees are loud, obnoxious, and immature. The donors are rude and can sometimes get violent. Coworkers and donors berate you. You have to have a thick skin to work here. The pay isn't great at first.
