Working here is a good resume builder. Whether you need it to build a work history or you need grad school experience. Also good because you can learn phelebotomy on the job (like I did). You also get incredible experience as a phelebotomist due to the fact that you're sticking 6+ people an hour.

Svantaggi

Overworked, underpaid (considering the skill level and the fact that you're working with bio-hazardous materials). Supervisors and Seniors are always absent and shirking their duties off on other phelbotomists or DFTs. No one is held accountable for their actions (it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get fired there). Management NEVER wants to come out to the floor to solve problem and instead ignores them. No clear hierarchy structure. Very stressful, high paced environment 70% of the time.
