Corporate organization is in chaos, as well as the entire industry post COVID. Misaligned priorities, favoritism within the organization, poor leaders at top of organization. They laid off a significant number of field employees while continuously growing the HR and marketing departments. Its highly disappointing to put so many years into an organization just to see it all slip away.
