The company culture values initiative, and there is plenty of room to learn across different areas (sales, customer success, product, marketing). Leadership is approachable, and decisions are made quickly without too much bureaucracy. If you’re proactive, you can grow and take on responsibilities fast.

Like many scale-ups, processes are still evolving and sometimes not fully structured.

Remote, Onboarding and training was very good, excelent enviroment of work, Colleagues very nice.

Communication could be better, Time zone sometimes was complicated.
