Management in the engineering department is horrendous. If you don’t believe me believe their track record. Dozens of PMs have come and gone through Odfjell since the current regime took power. Odfjell isn’t a large company and its projects department is small so to have over 25 different engineers leave in one way or another over the past 6 years should be an eye opener for whoever is thinking to apply to this company. Do yourself a favor and don’t take the interview.
