What i like the most at Odiggo is the energy and the optional that the top management delivers to tbe employees and giving them like ownership to be one billion company.

Actually as there is pros there are cons of course, but how you are trying to improve your cons is most important that just knowing it. At Odiggo people should act like owners and should having the sense of the ownership, but unfortunately not all people have the same mindset that is why Odiggo can't not have this types of people and they should fire them.
