None really. I feel like the management team listens well, and truly cares about it's employees.

Good coworkers Flexible hybrid schedule

Management was terrible. The president of the company consistently goes on power trips. You will NOT be heard, whether it's ideas or concerns. Upper management does what they want. A lot of incompetency and gaslighting.
