They don’t understand or follow any government laws or regulations for workers. Also their HR team helps them in Italy only never the employees. They are a very racially biased company that favors pale skinned employees. Not open to suggestions to make stores more successful. Wants to control every aspect of the business from Italy as well. Not accepting of any ideas to improve business also was treated very differently versus my white counterparts.
