Managing a rapidly growing company is tough and we don't get it right all of the time, but we do get it right most of the time. High scores from FBR, 2 years in a row on the Inc 5000 and now the 4th largest shared-office company and largest franchisor in the country show we are doing something right. As we expand we have found that some members of the team don't like accelerated pace; they desire a more relaxed time.
