Working at Office1 for over 11 years has been an incredible journey, and I can truly say this company feels like a second home. Despite having multiple locations across California and Nevada, we’ve managed to maintain a close-knit, "work family" environment where everyone feels connected and supported. The atmosphere here is awesome, but what truly sets this experience apart is the unmatched support I receive from upper management. Our President is one of the kindest people you could ever work for, consistently showing genuine care for every team member.
Beyond the everyday support, we have fantastic opportunities to bond as a team, from high-energy kick-off parties to amazing vacations together that strengthen our connection. One of my favorite traditions is how we come together as a family to participate in the annual Las Vegas Great Santa Run. In addition to these great experiences, the pay is good and the overall benefits are excellent; having all holidays off and the ability to steadily accrue sick and vacation time provides a true work-life balance. I love working for Office1 and would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking employment!
