As an account executive, there aren't any caps on commission and you can take control of your own accounts and deals being made. Leadership is open to new ideas and helping sales people make as much money as possible. You can make your own schedule within the 8-5 timeframe, as long as you are producing results. The sales team is professional and a lot of fun to be a part of. You get paid well for new accounts. 401k, healthcare and dental, PTO, and sick days included.

Svantaggi

A lot of cold calling and pounding the pavement to get new clients, but that's how this industry works. This isn't a job for people who want to be in a managerial role in a short period of time

Horrible management and the owner only cares about making money and charging every dollar he can get from the customer. Based in Las Vegas and thinks Reno is a farm town.
