Everything. The pay was sub-par with barely any increases over the years, the store looked terrible and we barely had enough staff to keep it clean, the pick-up instore service made it impossible to perform any morning duties, the company refused to innovate its tech services which lead to us falling short week after week, the company refused to recognize most of our services people could google and DIY, managers were generally good people until the corporate overlords got a hold of them. Frankly, every day was stressful and had its own challenges.
