Offit has a fantastic team with very smart people. Small firm so lots of exposure across all divisions of the business. Employees are caring and were passionate about teaching the interns about wealth management.

Because bulge bracket banks have wealth management divisions, Offit is not as known in the finance world outside of the field of wealth management.

healthy snacks, occasional catered lunch, entrepreneurial work, exposure to fund managers, high visibility to management (could be a con depending on the employee).

Inefficient processes, frequent miscommunication, majority entrepreneurial work. Not ideal for those just joining the workforce.
