Also very willing to listen and act to feedback. * Truly remote, have co-workers from all kinds of places. * Good work-life balance * Working on a product that helps protect personal data instead of commercialising it makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside

      It's a startup, so the normal stuff. * Your tasks are not super delimited or straightforward * There is tech debt, but surprisingly less so than I expected * Remote means all kind of timezones to deal with

      Remote-first company, and they really mean it! Great work/life balance, excellent compensation and equity package, and one's ambition and effort can really move the needle here!

      Customer-facing work across multiple time zones is occasionally difficult, but part of the vibe. The usual expected growing pains of a small company on it's way to becoming a large(r) company.
