Hard to get a job, no job security

Good work. The job is detail oriented and varied. Attention to detail is a must. It is a good mix of office and field work. People are nice to work with.

Teleworking already taken away, voluntary cost saving (leave without pay) option being taken away by Ohio politicians. Currently in a hiring freeze with no resolution being pursued.
