      The community and town is so great! I really wish I could stay

      The Leadership Team is lost and uninformed, yet they feel they must be included in every decision that passes through the department. This causes their employees to feel unappreciated, underutilized, and not trusted to do their jobs. Expectations are impossible to reach and are constantly moving, deadlines are dropped due to poor planning and management, and everyone is always looking over their shoulders wondering how much longer they have left to work here before they are replaced by a lower paying job.

      Great teams. Some strong leadership. Opportunities to build professional relationships across functional teams. Generous PTO package for exempt employees.

      Pay, promotional, and titling practices are ambiguous and preferential. Exempt employees are expected (based on workload) to consistently work well beyond 40 hours per week with severely understaffed departments and unreasonable volume expectations, which also makes it a challenge to enjoy the PTO package.
