Customers really like the product, great references. Good culture. Stock performing very well. Revenue growth is impressive. A market leader. Genuinely nice CEO, mostly nice employees. Strong customer focus. Solid product.

Svantaggi

Quotas too high, territories continue to shrink. Majority of reps not making money like you think they should. Sales micromanagement big time . Some in sales management are very poor managers. If you hire an experienced rep let them sell. Marketing Department is very large - spend too much $$$ on Marketing.

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
