The leadership leaves much to be desired. In fact, it's more accurate to say that they lack true leadership qualities. Their approach primarily revolves around people management, and when situations take a downturn, they resort to assigning blame rather than taking constructive actions.

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Svantaggi

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
