- Prepare to get thrown into an office setting where questions aren't welcomed, and you're in your own island. - Everybody kept to themselves and didn't embrace a "team culture" mindset - When asking people around for more product knowledge, you'd get brushed to the side or would have eyes staring at you sideways as if you're a neanderthal - Doesn't help that it would take 2-3 months to get access to all the sales tools - Good luck trying to get promoted internally from xDR into a closing role. Absolute dogfight with a 6-month lockout of consistently hitting quota - Accounts are hot garbage. MSFT will one-day overtake this IAM space. Doesn't help that Okta got popped twice in one calendar year. Pretty pathetic, right? - Salary is way under market

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
