They assign tractors, but good luck in actually getting your assign truck. No one respects it and no one enforces it either, it's a free 4 all. Could be frustrating at some times but you get use to it after a while. And The Benefits could be better; Like Blue Cross And Blue Shield pluse more matching on 401K
