It seems to be a very strong company able to weather difficult times because of prudent dicision making. Treats empoyees like family for most part and is flexible.

Not sure. Well, there is no overtime untill you reach 60 hours in a week and the 401k match could be stronger. You have to start out on nights until you have enough seniority to bid on better shifts, but thats the way it is everywhere.
