Can't believe how people are treated that do a great job. Management is treated unfairly! Employee's (bad and manipulative ones) are given more credit than managers. Sad what has happened here recently, he was great and they(bad employees) couldn't stand it. Things had looked up here in the last 2 years. Great boss that actually cared and would listen to employees and fix the things that needed to be fixed for company but the "good old local boys" did it again! They want no change , they don't care about company , .they are selfish along with their motives. Senior management and human resources should think! Not only did they do awful things to him, you Senior management folks got the wool pulled over your eye's. Guess these "good old boys" know how to play you! HUGE MISTAKE YOU MADE!! You took the easy way out not the right, can do way. U know, the OD way????Heard that before?

Senior management was told about the "good old boys" and they did not step up to the plate to do what is right! Not much respect for them now!
