      Pay was good and stock was great. Insurance was free for just one person. Bonus every quarter was a regular thing.

      Svantaggi

      Outdated computer systems and dock equipment. Not enough training for employees all around. Long hours because they weren't fully staffed.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
