      The good ol boys system isn't working, morale sucks, management spends more time using it's time at work for personal agenda. Nothing is ever good enough, the daily cussing and threatened to be fired is getting old.

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
