      Great atmosphere, 5 day work week for line-haul, top of industry pay, new well maintained equipment, pleasant coworkers, excellent and affordable benefits, driver's are treated with respect.

      I really find in difficult to have any complaints. Old Dominion is, by far, the best place i have worked as a driver. Cons are typical of any trucking job, long hours, and sometimes working in rough weather conditions.

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
