      The pay is great, the employees are pretty cool. The work is fairly easy for those of us who don't mind labor.

      Management seems to be pretty "cut-throat". I was laid off based on seniority, yet they pride themselves on being non-union. We used to joke about filling grievances, but in all honesty, I would've filed numerous if I could have.

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
