      Great pay, good management, and great benefits. There is opportunity to grow and move up or change jobs within the company.

      There was only one shift for Bill data entry which was 2/3rd shift. It started at 6pm and you get off typically at 3am Monday through Friday. It was hard to balance your work life and regular life.

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
