      The people are awesome, money is spent in making employees feel comfortable. DEI is taken very seriously

      No Direction from the Top Level Executives, Constantly changing Budgets, Lots of focus on saving money during the first half of the year and opening of the wallet takes place in back half. Salaries are not up to snuff with other industries.
