      There are a few kind people across various departments who are genuinely great people. President of the company is great.

      Pay is very low compared to competitors, no opportunity for career advancement, and will fire you if they don't like you, even if you have done nothing bad. Very toxic work environment with a high turnover rate because it's such a terrible place to work. Marketing department is literally the worst department to work for, unless you want someone with no marketing experience to be in charge of you.

      No micro-management in the office. You're allowed to work on your responsibilities.

      Where would I start? Maintenence is severely understaffed and I personally have received only a $.97 raise in 3 years. No OT allowed. No sense of integrity throughout the staff. Amenities never work all at the same time. Work orders suffer because lead maintenance is incompetent and dog poop on the property is ridiculous! It's like no one wants to work unless directed to.
