1.) The company does a poor job of placing you at client's where you are challenged and grow. The most important thing at Olenick is whether or not you are billing. You aren't given roles that take advantage of your skill set, or that challenge you. Stagnating in your skill set is a real concern here. 2.) You have little to no input on what roles you can take on. You may get placed at a client that is an unreasonable commute away or out-of-state, and don't have an avenue to voice your opinion about it. Often times roles are haphazardly thrown at you, with less than a week to figure out how to get there and etc. 3.) Poor company culture and management. While many of your peers at Olenick are really helpful and great people, the management is poor and maintains an unfriendly culture. While managers ask for transparency, providing feedback often feels like it falls on deaf ears.
