Too much company growth, not enough IT growth. The back end is left out with company growth. 100 to 1 ISTM standard is to followed. Not a huge deal. Still able to supply support to end users.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It's always a challenge to grow and balance the appropriate number of employees, but you're right -- the IT team always rises to the challenge!
Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.
