Outstanding work environment - Recensione dipendente - VP Operations presso Olsträd Engineering

I learned more here in 3 months than I did in my whole college career. I was able to work on a variety of projects and tasks. They didn't give me busy work and everything I worked on was used in the real project. it allowed me to find out what I actually liked to do and they asked me what I wanted to learn/focus on. The environment is fun and accepting.

It's a pretty small company (which isn't entirely a bad thing).

Can be very demanding at times
