      I got in a lot of hours (way too many) and the pay was decent

      I was working 40 hour weeks and when I asked to be cut back they would never cut me back, pay wasn't very good. Better off working for a country club itself because they only were here to catch you screwing up and would grade you on cleaning and organization, yes, grade you.
