I've been with Olympus for about 3 months and so far so good. The work environment is good and the pay is competitive. If you're looking for a great group of individuals to work with then look no further. The management team listens to your concerns. They also keep snacks in the breakroom filled up. :)

I was hoping for a good environment, but not at this company.

Micromanagement environment with shame tactics used. Multiple excel reports and compliance reports are sent out by upper management daily to put employees in the department on the spot for non compliance. I anticipate this will worsen as they were just establishing a QA department and each file, all the documents had to be labeled based on a labeling document that was sent out.
