I would say the top companies in healthcare based on growth culture management and team are 1. Bind Insurance (primarily in Minneapolis tho) 2. Omada (great management, caring, transparent, in Bay Area, culture is good, great growth) 3. Gilead 4. Fitbit 5. Forward

      Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
