4yThanks for your candid comments here, and sorry about your experience at Omada. As a co-founder, one of my greatest sources of pride (and occasional anxiety!) is our employee experience. Specific to your comment about comp disparities: we regularly audit to ensure we are consistent. If we have made mistakes I would love to hear about them and fix the issues ASAP.
