We want to clarify that the time tracking dashboard for member-facing employees is intended to be an ancillary time management resource, independent of the time tracking system used for payroll purposes. Our coaches are trained and expected to accurately log their working hours through the appropriate HR tool for compensation accuracy.
We continue to be committed to exploring new ways to support coaches in managing their time effectively by researching innovative solutions to enhance visibility and accuracy in time tracking through our dashboard. This is one of many ways that we support Omadans in staying informed and we look forward to offering more solutions in the future.
