Straightforward hiring process and phenomenal communication from the technical recruiter. Tech interview was live coding challenge with a repo they send to you ahead of time (no nonsensical DSA riddles). Depending on the HM, AI use might be allowed. System Design interview wasn't bad at all. A super reasonable and realistic tech interview. Overall, one of the best swe interviews I have ever experienced.

There sure are a lot of meetings for a company that tries to be low on meetings. Also because folks are in different time zones, you gotta be strategic in blocking of time on your calendar between meetings for lunch, focus time, and screen/bio breaks.
