Omada is fully remote with true flexibility, not the kind that comes with strings attached. I have the ability to work on my own terms and structure my day in a way that makes me successful (while raising kids). Leadership is genuinely supportive and understands that people have lives outside of work. Work life balance isn't just a talking point here, it's how the company actually operates. There's also a real openness to experimentation and new ideas. Nobody is stuck in "the way we've always done it," which keeps things fresh and lets you try new approaches.

Recruiting is a challenging industry, full stop. Things go sideways sometimes no matter how good you are but that's where Omada stands out for me. When things go wrong (and in recruiting, they inevitably do from time to time), you get grace and support along with accountability. Hard to call that a con, but if you're looking for one, it's the nature of the industry itself, not the company.
