Great benefits, decent 401k match

Says "we're a family" meaning very toxic work environment. Claims the company is on a hiring freeze yet they hired a temp agency to get people into the office. Took away mental health recharge days, but still throws pizza parties. Keeps moving the goalpost for bonuses so ultimately it's difficult to earn them. They stopped giving raises ,but gave more work. Claims moving departments is a "lateral move" when they should be considered promotions. So many people have left the company and for good reasons.

Worked for them for 7 1/2 years until after COVID, and no one came back to the office. Only 4 people remained in the office, shipping, and IT. After the owners sold them the building, Omnicell canceled the lease and was told that the lease would end in August 2022. I saw it coming after COVID, and no one was in the building. No offer to find other positions in the company. They do cuts all the time when stock prices go down, which is a sign of trouble ahead. Bad MGMT to many Top Dogs

I'm overworked and underpaid, and I plan to work off the clock at times.
