The leadership had no idea how to run the company. In 2022 we were told the company would double in size by 2025. Since Nov 2022 the company had gone through 4 intermittent RIFs. Over forecasting. Over budgeting. Not meeting goals. Reducing headcount at the same time they’re keeping contractors, promoting, giving raises, bonuses and rehiring for RIF’d employees.
