Horrible management. Staff is underpaid and overworked. Many were burnt out. There are some super stars within the company and I have no idea why they are still there but they are disgustingly underpaid for their work. I'm sure they will leave soon. Last I heard, a lot of people have been resigning. It's sad because management has no idea what they are doing and do not listen. DO NOT work here. Your managers will not listen to you, upper management are idiots and HR...I won't even go there. Horrible and negative culture and environment. Everyone is sad working at Omnigo.
