Very corporate, with attempts to integrate the work environment with your personal life, yet enforces strict professionalism all the time. A rather particular company culture that some may find difficult to assimilate into. Claims to be a "Flat Company" when in in reality it's only flat pay, with a seniority structure. This results in no opportunity for pay increases while ambiguating chains of command.
